The Naji Foundation operates a fund dedicated to increasing the public understanding of scientific evidence and medicine.

The Naji Foundation aims to support research and activities that work towards helping the public and policy-makers to understand the system of generating, disseminating, and using evidence for health. We are interested in helping people to better understand the benefits and limitations of this system.

The Foundation strives to increase transparency and engagement – enabling the public to make better-informed decisions about their health and healthcare choices. More broadly, we encourage discussion of the role of evidence in decisions about public health and healthcare among and between policy makers, researchers, and the public.

The Foundation was established in 2014 by entrepreneur and philanthropist Samir Naji. It currently operates in the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom.
